You are required to report any work-related illness or injury to your supervisor immediately. If you are seriously injured, you should seek immediate medical treatment.
You are required to fill out an accident report as an internal record of the incident within 24 hours of the event or claim.
Employees working in Harborview Medical Center, UW Medical Center, and other healthcare delivery locations should complete the internal accident report used by their facility (PSN).
