In partnership with the UW Office of the CISO, Risk Management has placed a new information security and privacy policy to protect UW against catastrophic privacy losses. Once response costs from a reported privacy breach exceed $1 million, coverage of up to $10 million is available. Contact Becky Bullock for more information.

Workers’ Comp Light Duty Incentives Are Now Available!

L&I’s new “Stay at Work” incentive program provides employers with reimbursement incentives when light duty work can be found for injured workers with temporary medical restrictions. Your department can receive 50% of your employee’s base wages and be reimbursed for certain equipment, tools, and training needed for light duty work. Learn more!

Equipment Insurance Program and System Changes

This year at renewal in November, we will have a significant change in our rate and deductible structure as well as a new Equipment Insurance System. The new processes were developed by incorporating feedback from an F2 customer service survey as well as necessary upgrades to the system technology.
